Uses for Young Living’s Peppermint
-Diffuse to help with focus and concentration.
-Dilute and roll on the back of the neck for a cooling effect after exercise, yardwork, or strenuous activity.
-Inhale to boost performance… before a workout, test, or road trip.
-Inhale before a meal to reduce appetite.
-Massage on temples, forehead, and back of neck for a soothing effect.
-Use at home entry points to deter mice and ants.
-Peppermint Vitality: Add to a chocolate protein shake for a thin mint shake or add to a brownie mix to make peppermint brownies.
Note About Vitality Oils: You will notice some of the oils in the Premium Starter Kit are labeled vitality oils. The vitality oils are labeled for dietary use, and the regular oils are labeled for topical or aromatic use.
