A juicy hamburger with a side of tater tots is considered a delicious all-American meal, but it's missing a key food group. Where are the veggies? A slice of tomato and a leaf of lettuce are good but just not enough!

Tater Tot Casserole with Veggies combines all the flavor of comfort food goodness and sneaks in some tasty vegetables in an easy to prepare dish.

Serve with a side of green beans or a fresh tossed salad, and you’re set for dinner! My family loves this recipe, and as we do with most meals, we eat it ‘til it’s gone!

Ingredients for Tater Tot Casserole with Veggies :

1-1 ½ lbs. lean ground beef

2 lbs. frozen mixed veggies

(carrots, corn, green beans, lima beans, and peas)

1 can cream of mushroom soup (Easy Cream Soup Recipe with Clean Ingredients)

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

1 large package of frozen tater tots

How to Prepare Tater Tot Casserole with Veggies:

1. Brown the ground beef and set aside.

2. Cook veggies in the microwave or on the stovetop according to package directions.

3. Combine cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, and cheese in a large bowl. Add ground beef and veggies to the mixture.

4. Spread the mixture into a large dish and top with tater tots. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until the casserole is bubbling and the tater tots are cooked thoroughly.
